MIO, GABRIEL JOHN of Highland; January 3, 2022; age 24; Loving son of Robert and Dawn-Marie Mio. Beloved grandson of Bob and Marlene Spooner and the late Giovanni and late Adelia Mio; Cherished brother of Andre (Jan), Jessica (Mike), Jennifer (Justin), Derek (Karalea) and Mario; Brother in law of Jack Prewitt; Nephew of Bob (Ronnie) Spooner, Janelle (Paul) Griffith, Oliver (Debby) Mio, Tiziana (late Ray) Stocco and Eric Spooner. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Perpetua Catholic Church, 134 Airport Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. Rite of Committal All Saints Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
