son Thomas C Price b 1850 GA? May be Columbus, but GA makes no sense

I knew that IF we were going to go onto private property, we should find the owner and ask, but with the official road sign as it was, we decided to go ahead on the "lane." We followed this field road, mostly grass, but with occasional gravel, to its end, going around curves, hugging the edge of the woods next to the hayfields. We turned around and came back to a wide mowed area and turned off what we perceived to be the lane. Finally, we spotted some gravestones gleaming in the sun, but knew it would be necessary to walk across a freshly prepared field, so we chose to go back to another mowed row that followed along another forest edge. We could see, though, that there was a gully or creek between us and the cemetery, so we drove back to where we had originally seen it and walked along the edge to the cemetery. It's a lovely remote place with a creek or gully on each side. The Price stones were the very first ones we came to on our right. The most recent burial date we found was 1937. I would like to know more about the history of the area and cemetery.
