Madeline E. O'Connor Marysville Mrs. Madeline E. O'Connor, 91, of Marysville, died Saturday, July 16, 2011. She was born October 23, 1919 in Smiths Creek to the late Earl and Alma Eagen. She married Francis O'Connor on September 13, 1941 in Smiths Creek. Mrs. O'Connor and her husband were the founders and owners of O'Connor Realty in Marysville prior to their retirement. She was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She belonged to Quota Club and was a Mercy Hospital Volunteer. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Francis; two daughters, Kathleen (Dr. John) Swift of Bonita Springs, Florida and Patricia (Ronald) Cooley of Detroit; four grandchildren, Ryan, Phillip, Colleen and Michael; eight great-grandchildren; special sister-in-law, Marie Lang; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Lawrence, Patrick, Joe, Mart, Frank, Eleanor Howard and Sr. Mary Cecilia. A private family Funeral Mass was held at St. Christopher Catholic Church on Monday, July 18, 2011. The Reverend Arthur Baranowski officiated. Burial was in Our Lady of Mt.
